Prinny: Can I Really Be the Hero? launches next week and NISA has launched Prinny Blog just in time. And they have a flash banner that lets you blow up an endless supply of Prinnies.
Atlus just keeps rolling out the announcements, the latest being Knights in the Nightmare for the DS. Knights in the Nightmare is a SRPG from Sting Entertainment and is the fourth in the Dept. Heaven saga (Riviera: The Promised Land is the first, Yggdra Union: We’ll Never Fight Alone the second, the third is supposed to be a PC MMORPG which doesn’t make sense to me). Battles take place in real time on an isometric grid as the player directs a wisp around the battlefield. Seems interesting, and the graphics look pretty cool. The release date is June 2nd with an MSRP of $34.99

Apparently they’ve decided to make an anime movie out of the anime inspired Tales of Vesperia game. It’s being directed by Kanta Kamei and will feature the characters shouting spell/attack names over and over and over again.

For some reason, Square Enix decided to change a lot of the interfaces for the North American version of Star Ocean 4. They changed all the anime into CG…I wonder why?
If you missed New York Comic Con, like I did, EA has a lot of nice info up at their website. They cover pretty much everything EA related from the show, there are a bunch of videos, interviews, and pictures (like spikey-head-I-have-no-idea-who-you-are guy, above). Games covered include Warhammer Age of Reckoning, Spore Galactic Adventures, Godfather II, Battlefield 1943, and more.
Just in case there was any doubt after this video was posted last week, Capcom has confirmed Dead Rising is in the works. The game is in development for PC, the Xbox 360, and the PS3. This time around, the zombie outbreak has made it to Fortune City (a.k.a. Las Vegas) and I’m sure plenty of zombie brain bashing with roulette wheels will ensue. The full details and more pictures below.
