Borderlands Will Be Available On Steam, Have Additional Features

Borderlands Will Be On Steam!

It has been confirmed today that Borderlands will be released for download on Steam. Steve Gibson of Gearbox also noted some additional details about the PC version of the game. First, the PC graphics will be the best out of all versions of the game (provided your computer can handle turning the graphics all the way up). Also, if you find a sweet gun and want to show it off to all your friends, the PC version allows users to export the item cards to .jpg files. Finally, the menus and UI is specifically designed to work with a mouse, which is great.

Brutal Legend Demo Now Available To All Xbox Live Gold Members

The Xbox 360 Brutal Legend demo is now available to all Xbox Live Gold members. Previous, it was only available to those who pre-ordered the game (which seems to essentially defeat the purpose of a demo, to me). Regardless, more details here (Slightly off topic, and I know it’s not exactly a brand new feature, but I like how you can add items to your queue and they start downloading once you turn on your 360, great for adding stuff at work so you don’t forget later). I can’t wait to finally try out the game.

Bionic Commando Now Available For PC

The wait is over as old-school hero Nathan Spencer gets a 3D makeover with today’s release of Bionic Commando for Windows PCs.

* Gameplay that moves through horizontal and vertical environments – a 3D game that truly uses all three dimensions Full multiplayer mode with rich stat-tracking to check whether you’re a true commando or a lowly private
* Use the power of the bionic arm – and of next-gen physics – to realistically throw massive objects, pummel opponents, whip enemies into the air, or pull the landscape apart
