Capcom Makes 150 Gold DuckTales NES Cartridges

To promote their newly released DuckTales Remastered, Capcom sent out 150 gold DuckTales NES cartridges to the press. It’s the same game with a gold painted cartridge and updated label. While it may not seem like much, this pisses me off because a) they seem like great collectors items, b) they actually work, c) they were made by iam8bit (who went all out with the reproductions) and, most importantly…d) I didn’t get one. Just like fucking Mega Man 9. I’m not bitter, it’s cool. Whatever. I don’t even care.

I even checked on eBay, out of curiosity and there are none at all listed.

The Saboteur Goes Gold

The good new is Pandemic Studio’s The Saboteur has gone gold. The bad news, EA closed Pandemic Studios this week.

I am very proud to communicate today that The Saboteur has officially gone “GOLD” on all 3 planned platforms (PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 & PC). This has been a very difficult week for Pandemic Studios, but does not change the fact that a team of amazing people worked very hard to make The Saboteur a great game that fans will be able to enjoy this holiday season. As planned, The Saboteur will be available across Europe starting December 4 and throughout North America on December 8. Vive La Resistance!
