This trailer is totally Lightning Bolt Action. I cannot wait to cut up watermelons.
Castlevania Harmony of Despair, a new 2D Castlevania produced by Koji Igarashi (Symphony of the Night, Harmony of Dissonance) is on display at E3. The game is reportedly in hi-definition, features six-player multiplayer and is for Xbox Live Arcade. Awesome. Also, Harmony of Despair features multiple classic Castlevania characters such as Alucard and Soma Cruz, which is even cooler.
The game will be released next month (amazingly awesome) during Microsoft’s “Summer of Arcade”.
Check below for an actual screenshot, it looks amazing. I love pixel art.
I really like Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia’s soundtrack (and the game in general, it’s the best Castlevania game in a long time). Now, however, I’m pissed off I didn’t preorder the game because a music CD came with it.
I like lighting effects when she’s fighting the guys in the spot light.
Konami officially announced the next Castlevania game last night during their Gamer’s Night ’08 in San Francisco. Dracula is back again, but this time years after the Belmont family has disappeared. The lead character, Shenoa, is a female, which is a first (technically second I think, the other game with a female character was removed from the official timeline for some reason). She’s a member of the Order of Ecclesia, a group who is all about killing Dracula.
The game uses a new glyph system, allowing Shenoa to equip a glyph in each hand and one on her back. I wonder why they decided to allow her to equip a glyph on her back and not on her legs or something, just seems kind of different. Also, Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia Announced will feature multiple endings.
I’m really excited, I love all these handheld Castlevania games. I’m liking that they aren’t using the anime style from Portrait of Ruin, that needed to go. Also, it’s interesting to see these leaked screenshots were the real deal.

I like learning more about Snake. Everyone should, really. Like, I had no idea in the first Metal Gear there was a boss named Dirty Duck, that game was too hard I never got anywhere in it. Snake is pretty awesome. I hope Liz reads this so she can start thinking about our next awesome radical banner.
I’m wanting to get one, now more then ever. I’m not really sure why I want one now more then ever, but I do. And yes, they are backwards compatible Robert (some what). I wonder how much the bundle will cost.
