Atlus has officially announced that Persona 3 FES is coming to North America April 22. 30 more hours of Persona 3…I don’t know if I can handle the awesomeness. And it’s only $29.99, which is nice.

Atlus – Countdown to FES?

Atlus has setup a new web page with a count down clock to some awesome new announcement. Kotaku hinted that they would announce Persona 3: FES, an add-on disc for Persona 3 that adds a good amount of new content (game play and storyline) to the main game and includes a continuation of the story entitled Episode Aegis. The expansion is estimated to add about 30 hours of game play. If this is true, Persona 3 will easily be the console game I’ve put the most played time into.

Persona 3 Gets It’s Own Anime

Persona 3 Gets It's Own Anime

Persona 3, Atlus’ totally radical RPG for the PS2, will soon get it’s own television anime series. The title of the anime will be “Persona -trinity soul-” and premiere in January 2008. The storyline? Apparently it’s set 10 years after the game and the dead have risen with their skin turned inside out. Which is like 20 times worse then having the dead rise with their skin on the right way. Hopefully Junpei will be dead, I’m tired of him whining because he isn’t the hero (and is a loser who can’t do anything right).
