Capcom has announced that the remastered Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection will release on April 14 for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PC. The collection features online multiplayer and other improvements, as seen in the trailer below. The series, which was originally on the Game Boy Advance, turned Mega Man into a story-heavy action RPG.
The Mega Man Battle Network series, known as the Rockman EXE series in Japan, is the fourth series in Capcom’s Mega Man franchise. The first game in the series, Mega Man Battle Network, was released in 2001 for the Game Boy Advance. The series is known for its story-driven action RPG gameplay.

NetBattlers looking to mix things up can also choose from different sets of battle rules such as wagering Chips in Real Thing battles, the best-of-three brawl Triple Battles introduced in Mega Man™ Battle Network 3, or the return of Version Battles from Mega Man™ Battle Network 4. Mega Man Battle Network Legacy Collection will upload all 10 mainline Mega Man Battle Network titles, including graphics filters and additional bonus content, to Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 (PS4™), and PC via Steam on April 14, 2023. The story of Mega Man Battle Network takes place in the near-future interconnected world of Net Society, which depends upon computer programs known as Network Navigators (or NetNavis for short) to manage everything from their toasters to city power grids.
