Devolver Digital has acquired Doinksoft, the developers of Gato Roboto and Gunbrella. This move is significant because Devolver Digital typically does not buy the developers whose games they publish. However, in recent years, they have started to change this trend by acquiring several other developers.
Devolver previously published all of Doinksoft’s games, including a physical-only Switch game, Demon Throttle, and Devolver Bootleg compilation.
Gunbrella is an action-packed game developed by Doinksoft. In this game, you play as a tough, gun-wielding hero armed with a powerful umbrella that doubles as a shield. The game takes place in a world filled with all sorts of dangerous enemies and obstacles that stand in your way.
One of the standout features of Gunbrella is its unique gameplay mechanics. Your umbrella can be used to deflect bullets, create temporary shields, and even perform special attacks. There are also various upgrades and power-ups to collect along the way, allowing you to customize your character and improve your abilities.
