PQube has confirmed that Labyrinth of Zangetsu, a dungeon crawler RPG inspired by Japanese art and folklore, will be available on PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and Steam from April 20. Set in the moonlit city of Ido, the game follows a plot where players must conscript warriors to venture deep into labyrinths to cleanse the land. They must also tackle various Yokai beasts and monsters inspired by traditional Japanese mythology.
Labyrinth of Zangetsu, first released in Japan last September, has a striking blend of traditional Japanese art and modern design. The game’s artwork is brilliantly illustrated as you move through the environment. The ink-ruined land of Ido is filled with challenging, terrifying Yokai beasts and monsters, making it a place where only the strongest and most adaptable can hope to survive. Players will also have the option to create and customize their own conscripts for the game.
Labyrinth of Zangetsu can be purchased physically for PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch, and more information about the game is available in the August 2022 announcement post. PQube and Acquire, the game’s developers, are sure that the stunning graphics and challenging gameplay will provide an unforgettable adventure for players.
