The release date for the upcoming video game, “Dragon Age: The Veilguard,” has been inadvertently revealed through a prematurely released trailer. The trailer provides glimpses of gameplay footage and character Solas from “Dragon Age: Inquisition,” finally unveiling the game’s title and announcing a launch date of October 31.
The official announcement of the release date was originally intended to accompany further reveals in the upcoming weeks. The game developers BioWare are poised to showcase advanced combat mechanics and PC performance metrics during the week of August 19. The week of August 26 will see revelations about companions in the game. On August 30, BioWare will host a developer Q&A session on Discord and continue unveiling new details through September until the game’s release.
“Dragon Age: The Veilguard” is set to be available for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S platforms. The video game is expected to feature a staggering 700 characters and 140,000 lines of dialogue. The game will not necessitate the EA App on PC, confirming BioWare’s commitment to embracing Steam Deck features.
