Before its forthcoming launch later this week, GungHo has unveiled the Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter Nintendo Switch 2 Edition page on the eShop. This release has revealed some intriguing aspects about the much-anticipated upgrade. Currently, the only available eShop demo for Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter pertains to the Nintendo Switch 1 version. With no demo for the 1st Chapter Nintendo Switch 2 Edition of Trails in the Sky, no insights were accessible about the technical improvement it provides over the first Switch game.nnHowever, the eShop page has now provided some interesting information. The page highlights features such as shorter loading times, enhanced visual appeal when connected to a docking station, and also compatibility with up to 4K 30fps or 1080p 60fps. As of now, there’s no specific information regarding the handheld performance.nnThe eShop page features the following description detailing the gaming experience on the Nintendo Switch 2: ‘Travel through the Liberl Kingdom seamlessly with reduced load times. Experience sharper graphics with the Nintendo Switch™ 2 Dock connected to a compatible TV. Enjoy enhanced gameplay including up to 4K resolution at 30 fps / 1080p at 60 fps.’ This release doesn’t have any changes in the in-game content.nnAnticipating the game’s release on September 19, the Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter Prologue demo can currently be downloaded on the North American eShop. Additionally, the demo is also available in the UK, for the PS5, and PC Steam.
