GameRankings, a website that combines all the ratings given to a game and then averages the total to get a more balanced score, is showing that Super Mario Galaxy is now the top rated game of all time. The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time was the previous leader, holding the top place for nine years now. Good job Mario, you are totally awesome and radical.
As an aside, until a few years ago, I never knew how many people considered Ocarina of Time to be one of the greatest games of all time. I mean, I thought it was good, but I didn’t think of it as the best game ever, but I never thought everyone in the world loved it so much. I was amazed.
