Today Blizzard officially announced that Starcraft II will be delayed until sometime in 2010, citing the development of the newly improved Battle.net as the major reason why we won’t be seeing the game in 2009. I think everyone kind of, sort of, knew that Starcraft II was going to be delayed, it’s Blizzard after all, famous for their “when it’s done” policy, polishing and refining all their games thoroughly before release.
The good news: Atlus recently announced that every copy of their upcoming DS title Legacy of Ys: Books I & II will contain a soundtrack, with both the game and soundtrack packed into a collectible box. The bad: the game is delayed for a couple of weeks, to February 24th. I don’t know anymore, Atlus, all these up’s and down’s…I just don’t know if I can keep doing this.
The official Smash Bros. Dojo site announced today that the Super Smash Bros. Brawl release date has been pushed back from Feb 10th to March 9th.
Due to delays in the completion of Super Smash Bros. Brawl, we’ve had to change the release date of the game to Sunday, March 9th.
I deeply apologize to the people who have looked forward to playing the game for so long and ask that you hold on just a little longer. Thank you for your patience.
Well…that’s not awesome. I hope this allows them to iron out any issues they have and really polish the game to perfection.
