Etrian Odyssey Origins Collection was announced during last week’s Nintendo Direct. The collection is a remastered triple-pack (!!!) that includes the first three Etrian Odyssey dungeon crawler RPGs. The games are set to release for both the Nintendo Switch and PC (on Steam) on June 1. This is the first time the series will make it’s way to PC.

The games will have quality-of-life updates such as difficulty selection, more save slots, and easier access to the compendium, quest log, and skill tree. The PC version supports mouse control and the Switch supports touchscreen controls just like the original games. The game also features 24 new portrait options, as well as DLC portraits featuring other Atlus titles when pre-ordering or purchasing after launch.

Etrian Odyssey Origins Collection is sure to provide endless hours of classic dungeons, tactical battles, and character customization for both Switch and PC platforms.

The release of the collection will be digital only, and will be priced at $79.99 for both platforms. On Steam, the three titles can be purchased individually, at $39.99 each.

You can check out my review for the first game here. The original was released in 2007, so it’s been quite a while!
