Nintendo Direct has unveiled several fresh games including Endless Ocean Luminous, marking the first release in the Endless Ocean series in over a decade. Launching on May 2, 2024, the game allows up to 30 players to navigate an untouched part of the South Pacific Ocean known as the Veiled Sea.

Endless Ocean Luminous offers players a unique interaction with over 500 species of marine life, some considered extinct or associated with myths, creating a rich and immersive gaming experience. The game features shared expeditions accommodating up to 30 players, thus promoting a sense of community through gesture-based communication during the expeditions.

To facilitate these group adventures, a Nintendo Switch Online subscription will be necessary. However, Endless Ocean Luminous is offering a 7-day free trial for new members to explore this exciting, underwater adventure on their Nintendo Switch from May 2, 2024.
