Inti Creates has unveiled a new collection titled Inti Creates Gold Archive Collection, set to release on August 20 for the Nintendo Switch in Japan. The collection, priced at 3,278 yen, compiles three previously digital-only games, Mighty Gunvolt, Mighty Gunvolt Burst, and PuzzMiX, onto one physical cartridge. Additionally, an 8,778 yen limited edition version offers the Mighty Gunvolt Burst soundtrack CD, PuzzMiX soundtrack CD, and an acrylic stand, in addition to the cartridge.
The games included in the collection have been carefully curated with Mighty Gunvolt receiving a new port to the Nintendo Switch platform, while Mighty Gunvolt Burst will include all accessible downloadable content. The collection is intended to provide a complete experience, merging the retro-inspired gameplay and graphics of Mighty Gunvolt and the point-blank enemy combos, customizable loadouts, and character replay value of Mighty Gunvolt Burst.
Complementing the two action titles is PuzzMiX, a new puzzle game featuring Lola, a character from the Azure Striker GUNVOLT and Luminous Avenger iX series. PuzzMiX challenges players to pair up Lola pods to increase their size and score. Pre-orders of any edition of the collection will be accompanied by an A4-size clear file.
