Square Enix has announced the English voice cast for the much-anticipated ‘Final Fantasy Tactics: The Ivalice Chronicles’, which is all set to be released next month. The cast includes well-established voice actors such as Joe Pitts, Gregg Lowe, Eleanor Bennett, and Emily Carey among others, who will be bringing life to the beloved characters of the game.
The English voice cast for the game is as follows: Ramza Beoulve is voiced by Joe Pitts, Delita Heiral by Gregg Lowe, Princess Ovelia Atkascha by Eleanor Bennett, and Alma Beoulve is being portrayed by Emily Carey. The voices of Agrias Oaks, Dycedarg Beoulve, Mustadio Bunansa, Cidolfus Orlandeau, Goffard Gaffgarion, Argath Thadalfus, Duke Bestrald Larg, Duke Druksmald Goltanna, and Orran Durai are given by Hannah Melbourn, Ben Starr, Harry McEntire, Timothy Watson, Paul Panting, Ben Allen, Huw Parmenter, Kevin McNally, and Matthew Duckett respectively.
Since its initial announcement, Square Enix has provided various updates about the game. Among the crucial details shared by the company are the scripts being used for the different versions of the game. ‘The Ivalice Chronicles’ Switch 2 version is set to be a digital-exclusive release in Western territories, but owners of the original game on Switch will be eligible for a free upgrade. However, it’s worth noting that this version will not include ‘The War of Lions’ content.
In a recent update, Square Enix also confirmed that the Sound Novels from the Final Fantasy series will be made available in all languages for the first time ever. As per the release schedule, ‘Final Fantasy Tactics: The Ivalice Chronicles’ is set to launch on September 30, and it will be available on various platforms, including PlayStation 4 and 5, the Nintendo Switch and Switch 2, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. Gaming enthusiasts worldwide are eagerly waiting for this release, hoping it lives up to the reputation of its predecessors.
