Dispatch, reminiscent of a creation crafted along the lines of Telltale productions, treats its players to a myriad of different pathways, offering a diverse range of outcomes. A secretive ending, which many suspect to be unintended, seems to have snuck into the game – an ending that has remained unexplored till now. An impressive array of story conclusions sway to the rhythm of your choices in Dispatch, revealing deep insights about your protagonist Robert and his personality. These conclusions are heavily influenced by several factors and decisions made throughout the game. Till now, most players have unearthed three endings, as stated by AdHoc’s co-founder Nick Herman. Furthermore, he mentioned a mysterious fourth ending that remains hidden, potentially due a bug. However, another theory suggests its obscurity can be attributed to the game comfortably accommodating three distinct playstyles.\n\nA while back, a few inquisitive players probed into the game’s code and discovered this elusive ending, known as Tactician. Intriguingly enough, the ending wasn’t hidden due to a commonality in players but rather, it emerged as a scrapped feature from the game, making it inaccessible. Reflecting upon the game’s outcomes, people recall Everyman, an ending portraying Robert as a spontaneous character, taking actions as demanded by present circumstances, disregarding moral considerations. The game Dispatch radiates a great emphasis on replayability, earning my commendation in previous reviews, and instills a yearning to explore more alternative paths – such as Robert developing a relationship with Blonde Blazer rather than Invisigal or potentially, having a romance with both or none at all, or directing the narrative to oust Coupe instead of Sonar, and many more captivating scenarios.\n\nEvery interaction with Dispatch kindles an urge to replay and delve into it from a refreshing perspective, making the present moment seem ideal, especially if AdHoc decides to patch the scrapped ending, allowing players to finally encounter it.
