Smash Bros. Dojo has announced a new character today, King Dedede, from the Kirby series. Honestly, pretty lame if you ask me. I’m sure some people like him, but I don’t, he’s a big stupid head. Yeah, I said it, I pulled the “stupid head” card. Like, where is Captain Falcon? Captain Falcon is 10 times the awesome of King Dedede.

Anybody who grew up playing any Kirby game should know King Dedede. As badass as Metaknight looks, he was probably Kirby’s actual nemesis. The reason he’s a perfect addition is twofold: 1. The game needs more villains. 2. The game needs more heavyweights.

Well, I guess so. Metaknight still looks cooler. I’d rather see Ganon reappear in the heavyweight category with a new moveset that wasn’t just Falcon repeated.
