This weeks video game music comes from what I think is an extremely underrated game. Star Fox Adventures for the Nintendo Gamecube. I know a lot of people loved the original Star Fox and all the flying and whatnot, but this action RPG was awesome. IGN gave this game a 9.0, and for good reason. Mainly because it is a radical game. It was probably underrated, in regards to gamers, because nobody cared about the Gamecube, or didn’t want to give it a chance.
This song plays when Fox ends up in Thorntail Hollow. Its a village of dinosaurs. Its the first time the player really gets to explore in the game and the song goes well with the players new surroundings. The song is great because the Cube offered new amazing graphics that made the village look awesome that in turn made the song better. Its a peaceful song with some sweet vocals. As I will probably say many times over, if you never played the game listen to the song and the get the game. The song is a good indicator that they weren’t messing around when they made Star Fox Adventures. It truely was one of the best Action RPG’s for the Cube (regardless of what Mike thinks).
