Tokyo Tower will host a Final Fantasy VII Rebirth-themed collaboration event at the Co-Lab Tokyo store from mid-February to early March 2024. Children up to the age of 15 can enter by buying a ¥2,200 ticket, with adults paying ¥2,750, which includes access to the Tokyo Tower’s Main Deck, a Word Rally mini-game sheet, and a Final Fantasy VII-branded pen. Participants can seek out panels featuring characters from the game, jotting down the words they find, and compete for the chance to win a metallic postcard.
Along with these interactive features, the store will introduce new merchandise designed after popular characters like Cloud, Zack, and Sephiroth. Purchases over ¥3,000 will also earn customers a bonus random circular sticker, and other on-sale items range from trading badges to T-shirts and even themed popcorn available from February 29, 2024. The Tokyo Tower has previously hosted similar events, such as Atlus’ Persona 5 Tactica event and the Persona 3 Reload event.
This Final Fantasy VII Rebirth event coincides with the release of the new game version for PlayStation 5 worldwide on February 29, 2024.
