From Software and Bandai Namco have unveiled the official gameplay trailer for the upcoming Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree, set to be released on June 21, 2024. The new game promises more epic boss battles, new weapons, and the return of the popular character, Miquella. Anticipation builds as players look forward to stepping into Miquella’s shoes, confronting new enemies, and finding exciting gear in this chilling sequel.
Shadow of the Erdtree offers various editions, both physical and digital, for players to choose from upon its launch. Existing Elden Ring gamers can buy the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC for $39.99, while newbies can purchase the Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree Edition, bundling the base game and new expansion. A Premium Edition, supplementing the base and expansion copies with a digital art book and soundtrack, is also available.
For keen collectors, a limited Collector’s Edition featuring a 46cm “Messmer the Impaler” statue, a 40-page physical art book, and a digital soundtrack is on offer. This edition includes a redeemable code for the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion, making it available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
