Square Enix, a prominent name in the gaming industry, has recently divulged plans to host a live stream event on their YouTube channel, dedicated to the iconic soundtrack of Chrono Trigger. This 33-hour non-stop event is set to mark the 31st anniversary of the critically acclaimed game. Chrono Trigger was initially released in Japan for the Super Famicom (SNES) on March 11, 1995.nnUnfortunately, fans should be advised that Square Enix has made it clear they won’t maintain an archive of the stream after its conclusion. Following the impressive history and influence of this game, it’s a community event not to be missed.nnThe Chrono Trigger anniversary music live stream is planned to take place worldwide, with timing adjusted according to varying time zones. For the US Pacific (PDT), the stream is set to run from March 10, 2026, 8 PM through to March 12, 2026, 5 AM. For the US Eastern (EDT), the stream will launch from March 10, 2026, 11 PM until March 12, 2026, 8 AM. Residents of the United Kingdom (GMT) will access the stream from March 11, 2026, 3 AM to March 12, 2026, 12 PM. Finally, for Japanese viewers (JST), they can tune in from March 11, 2026, 12 PM until March 12, 2026, 9 PM.nnPrior to this event, Square Enix has additionally released the Chrono Trigger soundtrack on Spotify.
